大学では国際関係学を学ぶ。
大学事務職、チャイルドケア、福祉関連、精神科医療の分野で勤務。
公私にわたる国内外での様々な経験、そして豊かな人間関係を通して、「自分」との向き合い方を探求し続ける中、ゼンタングル・メソッドと出会う。
日々タイルを描きながら、これまでの探求を体現するツールになると確信し、アメリカで認定講師資格を取得(CZT#30)。
メディテーション・ファシリテーター、レイキ・ヒーラー。
主な拠点は北海道と東京だが、現在はヨーロッパ在住。家人の仕事に伴って風来坊的生活を送っている。
She was born and had spent her first 18 years in Hokkaido, Japan.
Having worked in different fields such as college admin, child care, non profit organization and mental health clinic, she was nurtured by various experiences and fruitful network of people, in her professional and private settings, in Japan and around the globe. She has been on a long journey within, objectively contemplating her life and came across the Zentangle Method, finally.
She traveled to Providence, Rhode Island, the USA and completed the Certified Zentangle Teacher training seminar(CZT#30), with the belief that it would be a significant tool to embody her thoughts so far.
She is also a Meditation Falicitator and Reiki healing practitioner.
Her bases are in Hokkaido and/or Tokyo, Japan. But as a "trailing spouse" of her husband, she spends nomadic life style and is now in Europe.
